January 9, 2010

It's so much better to be able to work out in the morning with the day ahead of me instead of behind me.  I got 5 exercise miles in today -- 4 miles on the treadmill, 1 mile (20 minutes) in circuit training.  That makes 74 miles to go.  Watching Netflix makes it all so much more easy!

I've been using my yogurt for my recovery food, yogurt and blueberries.  Yum!  I'm still finding it interesting making the yogurt.  So far, Fage yogurt makes the thickest yogurt. 

Ninth day of the diet...starting to get a little bored so I'm going to have to rev up my recipes.  Looking forward to bringing more seafood, i.e., shellfish, into the diet. 

I finally bought myself a digital frame yesterday.  Going to put that to use today.

    I was able to get 22 miles in last week and so far this week 12 miles - 7 yesterday and 5 today! good start so lets hope I can keep up with the goal..

  2. Wow Maureen -- I was happy with my 26 miles. You are just awesome!! Are all of your miles running (and actual miles) or do you have some exercise miles in, too?

    My problem is getting home late from work and when I exercise, I have to be careful of what time it is b/c I get all revved up and then I can't get to sleep at night. And there's no way in hell that I can wake up at 4:30 to get a workout in. UGH!

    You inspire me to get in some more miles this evening!! Thanks for being here!

  3. All my miles are running - outside... I haven't found a exercise tape of any kind that keeps my interest. I was able to got out this morning for 4 miles but the sidewalks and paths are tricky.
    I run in the morning, if I don't fit it in then I don't do anything.
