Not a lot to talk about today. Exercise consisted of a mile on the treadmill and 45 minutes doing a Tracy Anderson workout. It's pretty good...doing that instead of Pilates with the group. So that comes out to 3 miles.
The diet is going just fine. I find it really easy to stay on...it's everything I like. Eating a lot of salmon this week. I need to get to the Amish market and get their chicken. There is really a huge difference in taste.
Yesterday, 86 miles to go...Today, 83 miles to go.
I'm not sure what the problem is.. I just got lucky I guess
