Friday. And tired. This week certainly had its ups and downs. But I guess it all works out. The best part of my week has been working out. I've totally enjoyed it and see that it's quite possible, and not even difficult to reach 25 miles per week to make it to the 100 mile challenge.
Another quite enjoyable part of the week was making yogurt. I don't know if I'll ever really want to go back to commercial yogurt. I get to make mine to my taste and experience with different tastes. To me, that's pretty cool.
So I'm pretty tired but I still put in 4 miles tonight. 4 pretty slow miles. But nonetheless, 4 miles on the treadmill. But watching Nip Tuck made it totally doable.
Oh yeah, the diet. it's January 7 so I'm on the 7th day of the diet. Still easy enough to stay on, I really like the food that's on it. The two difficult things are eating fruit only before 2pm. It's close to impossible in my schedule. The other is the water. Again, my schedule makes it a bit tough to drink all the water I'm supposed to drink. The reason being that water goes through me like...water. Running to the rest room every few minutes is not great for a school day. C'est la vie, c'est la guerre.
The countdown is 21 miles down, 79 to go. Four more miles tomorrow will make it 3/4 of the challege. Woo hoo!
I hope to hear from you! ~Hollie
