This is for keeping track of your miles throughout each monthly 100-mile challenge. Here's how it works: You can walk, jog, run to earn your miles. Another way to earn miles is for every 20 minutes of exercise you do, you earn 1 mile. If you workout for 40 minutes & then walk a mile, you've earned 3 miles.
