I totally need a rest tonight. It's close to 6:30 pm and I could be ready to go to bed right now. The day wasn't that trying, nothing huge; but to tell you that I'm really tired would be an understatement. Possibly is the combination of the diet and the amount of exercising I've been doing. The diet is really only recommending 17 minutes of exercise a day, but I've been doing a lot more...so maybe that's why I'm so tired tonight. My mind is willing but my body is not.
So unfortunately, I won't be adding to my miles. How about you? I hope you're holding strong!!
Hoping for snow in a BIG WAY! I'm ready to sleep late, workout, and actually do some work for school.
