Hey -- got the date right two days in a row! Wooo hooo! I'm on a roll.
So I did NOT want to exercise today. As usual, tired, especially on a Friday after school. I went to the Amish Market after school to buy more ground turkey (chemical/hormone free). I was really hungry too, but didn't know what I wanted to eat. Then went to H-Mart and bought lettuce...was looking for some fresh fish, but I didn't feel like that either (I had fish for lunch). I actually finally settled on a salad with tuna at home. It was good.
I did exercise. I walked 3.25 miles on the treadmill while watching Super Nanny. She's awesome. Gotta love Jo. And my normal reaction to exercising late? It's 11:30 and I'm wide awake. Yes, I woke up at 5:30 this morning and I'm wide awake now. Arg.
100 - 36.25 = 63.75 miles to go. Can I get this done in a month? I'm going to try. Yikes. I really have to try to get in at least 14 miles this weekend. That's kind of a lot. Good thing it's a long weekend!!!
