Weekends need to be three days long. Two days is just too short. Will someone take care of that, please? I didn't mean not to exercise today; it just happened. I spent all of the morning and part of the afternoon packing up Christmas tree ornaments. I'm a tad too particular about how they're put away, so it's not advantageous for anyone to help me.
I am still following the diet although I have to admit, I'd really like some taco chips or toast. I went to the Amish market yesterday and bought really good ground turkey and chicken cutlets. No chemicals, no hormones in raising the animals. I still think about getting chickens myself, but if I want to take off in a few years, that wouldn't be a good idea. Well, I guess I could just give them to someone. I'm going to think about changing the greenhouse into a chicken coop. Fresh eggs are incredible.
I have a turkey meatloaf in the oven right now and more fresh yogurt brewing for tomorrow. I also made Chicken Enchilada soup from a packet from Bed, Bath, and Beyond.
So no mileage today. I'll have to make that up tomorrow. I still have so much to do and no desire to do it...that would be work-related things, not in reference to exercise.
I bought the softest blanket at Bed, Bath, and Beyond today. Now to have some time to relax on the couch with it.
79 miles to go. ~Hollie
