Back to school, back to work. So tired. It must be nice to have someone edit your work so that it sufficiently meets the requirements of that person's job.
Whatever.
Here is my exercise info: At the gym, about 45 minutes of Pilates and only 10 minutes on the treadmill -- That makes for only 2.5 miles today. That makes 71.5 miles to go.
I've made some interesting recipes for my 17 Day Diet. I have to admit, today was the first day that I really cheated on the diet. (Well, really the second time...I had a few pieces of chocolate on Saturday.) I REALLY needed...er, wanted something crunchy and warm. In a clean-eating diet, what is crunchy and warm -- even crunchy and room temperature? Nothing. Only celery, pickles, carrots, other fresh vegetables. And that doesn't do it for crunchy and warm. Anyway, I had 2 pieces of very grainy multi-grain bread with some grape jam. That satisfied the need. Not too bad.
Forge on. Should get more miles in tomorrow.
Well another cold and icy morning for running but I was able to put in 5 miles without falling!

You are incredible!! It's kind of cool to realize the miles we're racking up. I like it. It also keeps me focused on a short-term goal.
